YOU TOOK BACK YOUR CITY!
Every citizen of Hardeeville who went out to the polls and voted yesterday can give themselves a big pat on the back this morning for making the change that SO desperately needed to be made! You went out and let Rodney Cannon and the rest of the council members know in a resounding voice that you are fed up with their gestapo style tactics and you aren't going to take it anymore! No more closed door meetings where the "good 'ol boys" shut the public out and make decisions that affect all of you. No more "questionable", (to say the least), spending sprees with YOUR money. Speaking of which...Are you getting your resume in order Shane Haynes? You can bet your life that had YOUR job been up for grabs yesterday as well, you would without a doubt be unemployed as of this morning! Can you see your end coming yet? What are you gonna do now that you don't have people underneath you that are willing to let you push them around? What are you gonna do now that your cookie jar full of money is closed? Are you finally gonna have to move to Hardeeville and get rid of your house and land in Georgia? That would be a pretty fitting end since most of the John Deere equipment at your home was purchased with city money, right?
Again, congratulations citizens of Hardeeville! You got involved and made a change which is a hell of a lot more than your former "leaders" would have EVER done for any one of you! You now have a fresh start with only one cancerous tumor left to deal with...Shane.

So is Shane still gonna throw his famous hissy fits in front of Mayor Bostick and the new council members where he's praying one minute and screaming like a 10 year old girl the next? How about his cursing fits? Those always come off with the utmost professionalism! One thing is absolutely certain...The shredder in Shane's office has undoubtedly been putting in a lot of overtime since election day! Wouldn't want the new Mayor to see what you've been up to the last few years, would ya' Shane? Hopefully he won't find out about how much you badmouthed him back when he ran in 2004. I'm certain you've been wearing your knee pads and puckering up more than ever getting ready for this changeover, but will Mayor Bostick buy your BS? Only time will tell!!!!

So it's now official!!! ALL of those pieces of sh*t are now out the door! For those who missed the council meeting on Thursday, Rodney Cannon and Shane Haynes performed one last act of greed showing their true colors by bilking the taxpayers out of an additional $300,000. Shane fired his two "assistants" and then Cannon turned and fired Shane. This was done for one sole purpose and that was so that the city would have to pay those scumbags a year's contract. Certainly does show just how much they cared about this city and it's residents, doesn't it? Professionals indeed. LOL
In addition to that, Rodney Cannon's little whining fit on election day where he was heard to shout, "You've all really messed up!" as he left the community room was an excellent demonstration of his professionalism. In case anyone is wondering why Shane and his cronies would choose to leave so hastily, it's more than likely because they are all too aware of the fact that their "misuse", (to put it mildly), of city funds to line their own pockets would now be coming to light very soon and they would no longer be able to hide it from Mayor Bostick.
Oh yeah, one more thing. To all those who doubted what this website and EVERY former employee has been telling you for the last year and a half.....

Jeff Slocum and Kevin Griffin were not willing participants in this bullshit. Shane and council knifed them, the new council, the citizens and the rest of the employees in the back. If Shane had resigned without firing them business would have carried on as usual Friday because Jeff and Kevin pretty much did his job for him anyway.
There are a great deal of employees in City Hall that care about the community and believe that Shane is useless in his position. Shane and council did what they did so that the new council would have a crippled government when they were sworn in. It was one last fuck you to the citizens that kicked them out and an act that neither Slocum or Griffin were active participants in.
What Hardeeville did gives me some hope. Let's hope everyone continues to do the right thing. Growth is inevitable but we shouldn't have to sacrifice our homes or quality of life for it. Screw all of the greedy people.
So if Jeff Slocum and Kevin Griffin were not "willing participants", then why don't they just ask the new council/mayor to hire them back? If you ask me, any friend of Shane's is an enemy of the people of Hardeeville. Granted, I haven't seen their names come up in any of the wrongdoing in the last couple of years, but I also haven't seen their names come up in standing up for what's right. In other words, there's absolutely no way in Hell they were working in city hall and didn't see any wrongdoing by Shane and his cronies. Just because you don't participate, doesn't mean you're innocent.

Full armor? That's hilarious!! Sounds like a name someone who either got voted out or forced out of city hall would choose! As for 400 people coming out to vote, that certainly was more than enough to make a change to that city, wasn't it? You just keep telling yourself that the ones who didn't vote were fans of Shane and Rodney if it helps you sleep. Don't worry about Rodney, though. He can now concentrate on his club full time and continue letting E.M. tell him how to do things just as he was doing while he was in office.

He used to spout off that religious rhetoric at work just as you do, and then the next minute he would be screaming at the top of his lungs using "foul" language, (which evidently offends even you with your suit of armor). Full Armor..you're starting to sound a little crazy.This really isn't about who claims to be more Christian...and you're making judgments as well. It's obvious your relationship to Shane is not casual, you're pretty vested from what I've read.Funny that the only thing you have refuted is the John Deere accusations. Shane Haynes you mean.No not quite.Just a freind who heard about it on the news.I googled Hardeeville to find out what happened and came across this blog.I have never seen such a community consumed with such hate and content for one another.Even before Shane took the job over there I remember Hardeeville city government in the news(WTOC) for one controversy or another.How can such a small town stir up so much controversy.I have defended a freind and said my peace.I hope nothing but good fortune for Hardeeville.I also no the community needs to search there hearts for a change in mindset.You need a different viewof your way of life.No one owes anybody anything.We owe God for all his grace for letting us live even though we constantly turn our heads on him and his word.We use his name in vain and live in a world who glorifies adultry and has a (Im going to get mine attitude).Don't dis me,cause Im a player who will get mine.You better watch your back!Cause I will take you down.Who is anybody to tell me I am wrong.I got my own life.Don't push your beliefs on me.

As I said before, the only thing that bothers me is some self-righteous, holier than thou asshole like full armor running around ranting about god this and jesus that, wanting to tell everyone else how to live their lives when he doesn't know the first thing about any of us. We should all count our lucky stars that god himself has sent full armor here to judge us and determine which direction our lives should go in. Basically it all boils down to this full armor, you've never worked there and you've never lived there so you have absolutely NO valid input in any of this. You can keep on "preaching the gospel" all you want, but it's not gonna change the fact that those of us who know Shane's true colors are not gonna be swayed by it.
Full Armor let me tell you one thing Hardeeville is not at all consumed with hate or content for each other they are a city that really loves and cares about each other. What happened to Hardeeville was when the likes of Shane Haynes came into the city and tried to run all the good ole city folks out.. He tried to bring all his so called ARMY with him from Georgia to run the city hall and the rest of the city there in Hardeeville but guess what the good ole people of Hardeeville won out in the long run.... They got rid of the hate that consumed Hardeeville... Can't believe you would get on this blog and tell such blatant lies then try to preach the gospel to someone...What a hypocrite...
