Every citizen of Hardeeville who went out to the polls and voted yesterday can give themselves a big pat on the back this morning for making the change that SO desperately needed to be made! You went out and let Rodney Cannon and the rest of the council members know in a resounding voice that you are fed up with their gestapo style tactics and you aren't going to take it anymore! No more closed door meetings where the "good 'ol boys" shut the public out and make decisions that affect all of you. No more "questionable", (to say the least), spending sprees with YOUR money. Speaking of which...Are you getting your resume in order Shane Haynes? You can bet your life that had YOUR job been up for grabs yesterday as well, you would without a doubt be unemployed as of this morning! Can you see your end coming yet? What are you gonna do now that you don't have people underneath you that are willing to let you push them around? What are you gonna do now that your cookie jar full of money is closed? Are you finally gonna have to move to Hardeeville and get rid of your house and land in Georgia? That would be a pretty fitting end since most of the John Deere equipment at your home was purchased with city money, right?

Again, congratulations citizens of Hardeeville! You got involved and made a change which is a hell of a lot more than your former "leaders" would have EVER done for any one of you! You now have a fresh start with only one cancerous tumor left to deal with...Shane.
